I'm not sure if I conveyed this well without making the sentence unrecognizable, but she's more literally saying that Nyamu's playing gives her peace of mind -- as the lead performer, it's important that the heartbeat of the music (the drums) lay a good foundation for her.
She more literally says, "see you next time" (じゃあお先) but the "next time" (先) is pronounced "saki". I have no clue how to make this into a joke that works in English.
